Consulting - promoting business expertise with business consulting for SMEs and the liberal professions

The programme seeks to improve the performance and competitiveness of the mid-market, make it easier for SMEs to adapt to economic changes, and work to counteract the effects of demographic change. With a grant towards consulting costs, the programme aims to encourage businesses to leverage outside expertise.
Support is provided, inter alia, to consulting on all questions surrounding

  • business management
  • recruitment and retention of skilled labour
  • environmental protection
  • the introduction of family-friendly measures in businesses
  • the age-appropriate organisation of work which accommodates the needs of people with disabilities

Funding is also provided for consulting services for entrepreneurs, entrepreneurs from a migrant background and for the better integration of migrants into the business enterprise.
