Strengthening cohesion - connecting people

The funding programme is part of the Strategy to Counter Loneliness and aims to prevent or alleviate loneliness and social isolation.

The target group of this programme are people in middle adulthood between 28 and 59 years of age (in the context of youth welfare on the one hand and the ESF Plus programme "Strengthening the participation of older people - countering loneliness and social isolation ", which appeals to people aged 60 and over). For example, it can be single parents, carers, people with a migrant background, unemployed people or people in transition situations, e.g. entry into working life, separation, relocation, job change.

The objectives of the programme are:

  1. Establishment or reinforcement of municipal structures
  2. Improving social participation and labour market opportunities for target groups
